RELEASE OF LIST OF CANDIDATES CALLED FOR CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION The Teachers Recruitment Board was entrusted with the task of recruiting 1152 Post Graduate Assistants for Higher Secondary Schools for the year 2010-11 to be appointed in School Education Department based on employment exchange registration seniority. Chennai-4, Santhome the Assistant Director, Professional and Executive Employment Exchange has sponsored the list of eligible candidates based on the Indent sent by this Board. Accordingly, the Teachers Recruitment Board is conducting Certificate Verification for a total number of 5368 candidates from 07.01.2012 to 09.01.2012 at 10 district centres. The subject wise cut off dates furnished by the Employment Office is also published. The list is being released to help the right candidates, who are not in receipt of the intimation letter sent by this Board and also having their name in this list may attend the scheduled date at the Certificate Verification centre by taking a printout from this website. The details of the candidates may be verified by giving their Employment number in the following format. Example for Employment No.041997F06779 041998M04319 In the format the first 4 digits represents the year of registration (1997) which is a 4 digit number represents their year of registration. Next is the sex of the candidate i.e. (Male / Female) and the last number is a 5 digit number which was written in the Employment Card. This should be 5 digit number, necessary zeros should be used as prefix if it is less than 5 digit. Utmost care has been taken in preparing the list and in publishing them. Teachers Recruitment Board reserves the right to correct any errors that may have crept in. Incorrect list will not confer any right of enforcement.
